About Me

It all started when…

I was younger and I would ask my parents to buy the Topps basketball cards from Wal-Mart. They did not understand my fascination with sports and had no idea it would eventually blossom into a career. Watching these athletes, I instinctively knew there was more to their performance than just physical acumen. I found myself inspired by the determination, discipline, and drive that fueled them to excel in their perspective fields. This led me to pursue a career in Sport-Exercise Psychology.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from City College of New York and a Master of Arts degree in Sport-Exercise Psychology from Argosy University. As a Sport Psychology Consultant, I not only work with athletes but I also work with people in different walks of life to help them achieve their goals in their performance to attain the quality of life they desire. Everyday performance such as work, education, and personal life goals (I.e. weight loss) are constantly being evaluated by others and ourselves. Our level of performance can impact our lives in ways that can break us if done in an unhealthy manner but how we convince our mind will change the outcome of our performance for the better when achieved in a healthy way. Those achievements can only be successful through one’s will and active involvement. “Whatever the mind of man can achieve and believe, it can achieve.”- Napoleon Hill
